Our Mission
Identify, document, effectuate and develop the political resources necessary
to achieve the education, economic and cultural goals of African-Americans in
the State of California. Further, this organization shall develop and maintain
an assertive posture in securing the rights of African-Americans in the State of
California in carrying out the foregoing stated objectives. BAPAC is further
authorized to engage in any lawful acts consistent with the stated goals herein,
or to pursue any additional objectives which will improve the quality of life
for African-Americans.
